We return to the world of Estalia in this short story (yay!)
and enter the life of a young slave woman under the control of Balfair. She
seeks a new life and makes plans; Balfair, after all, treats her like dirt and
doesn’t want to share the big and dangerous project he’s working on … oh boy, I
was breathless reading this! Would she get caught? Or did she have it all
wrong?
LOVED this! Phil Williams is fast becoming one of my
favourite authors!
